COVID-19 UPDATE

*In light of the current climate, all services are currently being offered virtually via the Spruce Health digital care platform. Please contact me if you have any questions about what this entails.

Individual Therapy

People often come to therapy to address a particular issue they may be facing. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to share their feelings and discuss these issues. I am an experienced generalist with a special interest and expertise in working with clients with eating disorders. I have worked successfully with a diverse clientele and tailor my approach to the needs of each individual.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have been seeing a clinician for years, my goal is to provide you with a positive experience so you feel comfortable returning to therapy at any point in your future.

Family Therapy

Eating disorders impact the entire family. Familial involvement is one of the key drivers of success for sustained recovery from an eating disorder. Therefore, I offer family therapy services for individual therapy clients with eating disorders or disordered eating. I will help provide psychoeducation and improve communication skills between family members.

Group Therapy

I am accepting referrals for a Skills for Eating Disorder Recovery group. This is a combination of psychoeducation and process for recovery-minded individuals. There is a requirement to be in individual therapy (with me or an outside therapist) if you wish to participate in this group. Please fill out the form on my contact page if you wish to inquire.

Good Faith Estimates

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
