Do you accept insurance?
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider as I do not feel insurance should dictate the amount or quality of treatment you receive. My services may be reimbursable by your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Clients should reach out to their insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits. You may want to ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health (sometimes referred to as “behavioral health”) services?
What is my deductible? Have I met my deductible and, if not, how much is remaining?
How many sessions am I eligible for in a calendar year?
What is the reimbursement rate?
Payment is collected at the time of service. I will then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What is your cancelation policy?
All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Each client is entitled to one late cancelation per calendar year. All other late cancelations will be charged in full.
